Re: Chairs I've been to several festivals at this point and the chair situation at Wanee is definitely the most bizarre and problematic of any issue at any festival I've ever attended. It's absurd really. Getting a rail spot for shows shouldn't be reserved for those people who run down before breakfast and throw a chair up. It should be for the people willing to stand there for a period of time long enough to get there determined by the band and its fans.
I like that people can bring their chairs in, but there should certainly be an area up front in the middle reserved for fans willing to wait it out.
I have it in my mind that there are several people in the RV row next to peach that set their alarm and run down there with their chairs while there are us lowly GA tent campers who have a 30 minute walk to the peach stage that'll never have a shot at that spot unless they change something.
It's my only beef with the fest

Re: Chairs maybe some folks cant stand or jump around for hours. Maybe some cant stand at all. BUT ask to band chairs whats up with that? we all want to have a good time and not be told ..SIT STAND LAY DOWN.. To me that goes against the idea of why we are there and not at home with stereo. JUST A THOUGHT
