Re: Johnny Winter Actually, two years ago (two??) at the Mushroom stage, he sounded OK. Warren even played with him. But this summer, at the Hippie Fest in clearwater, Johnny was alive and SCREAMIN' THE BLUES! He really kicked ass. On that show, Leslie West was a no-show. Kim simmonds (Savoy Brown) was great, Rick Derringer was very good, and Edgar stole the show. and Edgar's band that backed up Kim and Rick were excellent.
