Re: Just an update.... Well as it turns out I don't need surgery! I am going through some intense PT and they have me on a non-narcotic meds that are working very well! So far everything is progressing well! I will keep ya'll informed......as far as the 16 ozs.......I had worked my way up to half gallon bottles on Jack!! 16 ozs......Gator thats for light weights!!

Re: Just an update.... Awesome news! I just found out I have a "moderate" bulge of L4, but I am working through it with PT and SET work. I hope to join you in the no-surgery club!

I have been out of work for the last 4 weeks! I am going crazy from boredom at home!!!! You can only read so many books and watch so many movies!!!!!! Never though I would say this but my A$$ is ready to get back to work!!!!
