They were playing from Bean Spence's stall last year. I bought one of their discs and it makes me laugh and sing every time I play it. Zappaphile's suggestion of Zappa plays Zappa is a great one. We see them every chance we get!

And the word I hear was Yes Derek wants Clapton and Van Morrison . Clapton sounds like a done deal but Van is Van and there probably ain't enuff ass kissin going on to make it happen. And yes it will be billed as DEREK and the DOMINOES.

Papa Grows Funk is a band I saw at a fest in New Orleans and they just bring it. I know we get Dumpsta but these guys deserve some more exposure outside of New Orleans.
As for Skynyrd, I just think they would be a fun afternoon Peach set. No more than that though. Give em long enough to play the hits.
