Welcome, Capt. As stated above, locked in car, no worries. Safe trip.

Captain Sleeveheart wrote: Hey there, wanee family! Actually just wanted to introduce myself to everyone and the forum! I'm a totally waneewbie (just saw that somewhere here - gorgeous!) and kinda lacking in direction what will gonna be in 2 weeks in Florida. As you might see in my poorly english, i'm from germany. Never been to wanee or USA in general, but freakin excited!! I started digging through the forum several hours ago and got to admit: loveley atmosphere, already here and surely at the festival! I am looking for the right thread and will post it, as soon as i find the appropriate one, but nevertheless one question: is there any possibility to store or deposit certain values? Like my blackflight ticket, credit card, passport..? I cant store it somewhere else or at home, because i am flying back to Germany on Thursday... any hints? And some guys here talked about a map, made by Doug(?) - where do I find it? Well then, another "hi there" to all you lovely people See you very soon! Guten Tag Captain Sleevehart!! Willkommen, Wie gehts! This is my first Wanee as well but, I'm sure you'll have a great time

Re: New Members / 1st Timers - Please Read This
Hi Folks! I'm new to this board but not new to Wanee (was at the first in 2005 and also the one in 2010). I'm going this year and finally getting there early enough to enjoy the park and the pre-festie festie. This might've been covered elsewhere, but does anyone know of a good map of the park? that one on the first page of this discussion isn't very user-friendly and neither is the one with the campsites listed on the suwannee music park page. I'm trying to figure out where my campsite is in relation to everything else and would love a good map to help me out. Thanks in advance if anyone can hook me up with a good wanee map!

Waneelover just put up 4 maps as a closed thread sticky, you should be able to find one there.

Me personally - never been searched (car or body) by security in the 3 years that I have gone.
